The aim of this course is to introduce you to the important role individuals play in sustainability and energy efficiency. Many businesses are at the front line of the service industries and as such will treat and sell to clients who believe that sustainability and energy efficiency are important.  These clients may expect your industry to be at the forefront of trying to minimise environmental impacts. This course provides the skills and knowledge required to promote sustainability and energy efficiency.

This example course contains SCORM video topics to demonstrate tracking, bookmarking and completion capabilities. 

For a learner to complete this example course and receive a certificate of completion they will need to watch at least 50% of each video topic and submit the course feedback survey.

This course is based on the unit of competency, UETTDRRF06B: Perform Rescue From A Live LV Panel. This unit includes the skills and knowledge required to rescue a person in contact with low voltage live electrical conductors and equipment.

This learning unit describes the concept of Situational Awareness (SA) and establishes its relevance to Team Resource Management (TRM). Breakdowns in SA can cause significant team performance problems, leading to safety incidents, accidents and decreased mission or task effectiveness.
